Cindy Uh is an experienced lawyer who specializes in labor law, having represented both employees and employers in a wide range of employment-related matters in federal and state courts, arbitrations and mediations, and before administrative agencies. She has litigated individual, representative and class action cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. In addition, she has experience negotiating and drafting complex employment and separation agreements on behalf of senior-level executives and management, as well as advising start-ups and small businesses on a variety of employment-related matters. Prior to joining Lyons & Salky Law, Cindy was an associate at two of New York’s leading employment litigation firms.
Cindy received her juris doctorate in 2004 from UCLA School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College. In addition to her legal work, Cindy is a Senior Agent with Thompson Literary Agency. She is admitted to practice in New York.
